The Staff

David Stinnett has been an active member of ER&D for nine years. He has served as Linker Coordinator,David Stinnet Multimedia Coordinator, Linker Trainer, and, most recently, as the Local Site Coordinator (LSC). David has served MATC for 14 years as a full time instructor in the Electronics Program. He is also an active member of the AFT Local 212 Executive Board and Bargaining Committee. He serves on the MATC Forward Technology, Distance Education, and Virtual Campus committees, as well as the Teaching, Learning, and Technology Roundtable (TLTR). In addition, David conducts ER&D peer-to-peer training that emphasizes effective methods for integrating technology into curriculum and instruction. David has a MS in Vocational, Technical, and Adult Education from UW Stout.


Julie Klug serves as the Educational Assistant for ER&D. Julie holds an Associate of Applied Science degree - Julie KlugPhysical Therapist Assistant from Milwaukee Area Technical College. Currently completing her Vocational, Technical and Adult Education degree through UW Stout (BS), Julie plans to begin graduate level studies during the next year. She assists MATC faculty and staff in the ER&D Educational Technology Center. Mentoring is conducted either individually or in-groups, as skills that emphasize the use of technology tools to compliment the educational process are introduced and reinforced. Julie is an active member of the MATC Forward Technology Committee, the Teaching, Learning, and Technology Roundtable (TLTR), and the Electronic Processes Strategic Planning Subcommittee.
