Responsibilities:

1. Assisting faculty in locating college programs that will grant credit for occupational training and work experience.

2. Facilitate gaining undergraduate and graduate college credit for ER&D courses.

3. Encourage college and universities to utilize ER&D resources to provide courses at MATC.

4. Promote ER&D resources to university courses meeting at MATC.

5. Work collaboratively with MATC professional development department.

6. Maintain currency of online accredited institutions through a database.

My vision of the position includes:

1. Collaboration of resources - local and virtual.

2. Provide a dynamic focus on the life-long learning environment in which we are living.

3. Search for resources that will empower/encourage peers to reach their goals.

4. Establish online databases for easy/intuitive access.
